I will be writing about my mom's Lauya.
What are some special memories it has for you?
This dish has been my favorite ever since I was a child. From family gatherings, parties, and just for lunch/dinner, Lauya is the dish that I'll be looking forward to enjoying.
What are some sensory details that will help bring the food "to life" for your readers?
I will be using details such as watching and hearing the broth boil while the food is cooking inside, how my mom makes it, and how I feel once I finish the dish.
Who will you be interviewing about your food?
The person I will be interviewing is my mom.
HI! First question, what's Lauya? It sounds Filipino/Philipino/Pilipino or something. Some things I like about your post is how you listed out ur questions before answering them so we are sure to not be confused. Some things that I think you should work on is being more descriptive. Such as the first part, telling what the food is & maybe a specific memory that is connected to the food. Other than that I really wanna find out about your food!:D

Hey mauricee !! So far so good ! haha and Lauya ? what's that? but it sounds interesting and I can't wait to hear more about it ! I liked the way you described how you were going to help bring the food to life. I already imagine what it looks like. But I think you could add a little bit more sensory details (such as how it smells and tastes) Also, I think you could add a little bit more history behind this dish like how it originated and etc. But other than that, I really liked it !! Good Jobb and I can't wait to read the full draft later on !!!
